Community

The Fireblaze AI Community in Nagpur

Learning a hard skill alone is the most common reason people quit. Around our programs sits a growing group of learners, alumni and working professionals in Nagpur who keep each other going.

The Fireblaze AI School community brings together current students, alumni and working professionals in Nagpur through free workshops, seminars, hackathons and batch peer groups. It is open to people who have not enrolled in a program, and it is currently informal rather than a large organised alumni association, which is something we would rather state plainly than overstate.

How It Works Today

An Honest Picture

Here is exactly what exists right now, and what we are building next.

Batch Groups

Every batch runs its own chat group where students share resources, debug each other's code and organise study sessions. Mentors are in these groups too, which is why doubts rarely wait until the next class.

Alumni Who Stay Reachable

Graduates working in analytics and development often come back to speak, refer openings or sit on mock interview panels. This is currently person to person rather than a formal directory.

Open Events

Our workshops, seminars and hackathons are open to anyone in Nagpur, not only enrolled students. In practice this is where most people meet the community first.

What We Are Building

A more organised alumni network, a public meetup cadence and a shared job-referral channel. We would rather tell you these are in progress than pretend they already run.

Fireside Chats

Conversations With Industry Guests

Long-form sessions with people who actually do the hiring and the work. Free to watch, no enrolment needed.

Why It Matters

Peers Are the Reason People Finish

Most people who fail to complete a self-paced course do not lack intelligence or material. They lack a reason to show up on a bad week. A batch that notices you are missing is worth more than any recorded lecture.

  • Batchmates who normalise the part where it feels difficult
  • Mentors reachable between classes, not only during them
  • Alumni who have recently sat the interviews you are preparing for
  • Events that keep you learning after the program ends

This is also the honest argument for offline study, which we make in more detail in offline versus online data science courses.

Who Is Welcome

  • Current students at any of the three centers
  • Alumni, including those who studied years ago
  • Students from other institutes and colleges in Nagpur
  • Working professionals in data, analytics and development
  • Practitioners who want to teach a session or judge a hackathon

There is no fee to be part of the community, and no obligation to enrol in anything.

FAQ

Community Questions

Is there a Fireblaze AI School community I can join?

Yes. Current students and alumni stay connected through batch groups, and we are opening that network up more formally. If you are a learner, alumnus or simply someone in Nagpur working in data and AI, you can register your interest on this page.

Do I need to be a paying student to join?

No. Our free workshops, seminars and hackathons are open to everyone, and so is the wider community around them. Enrolled students additionally get their batch group and direct mentor access.

What do you actually do together?

Free workshops and demo classes, seminars and guest lectures, and hackathons, plus informal peer help between batchmates. We are honest that the community is still informal rather than a large organised alumni body.

Can alumni come back for help after finishing a program?

Yes. Alumni are welcome to attend workshops, ask mentors for interview guidance, and stay in touch with the placement team. Ask your centre if you have lost touch and want to reconnect.

Can I speak or run a session?

We are glad to hear from practitioners in Nagpur who want to give a guest lecture or run a workshop for students. Use the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp.
