Fireblaze AI School trains college students, fresh graduates, and working professionals for careers in data science, analytics, artificial intelligence, and full stack web development. Its three career programs are the 6-month Post Graduate Program in Data Science & Analytics with GenAI (₹89,000, inclusive of 18% GST), run in partnership with NASSCOM, the 5-month AI-Powered Full Stack Applications Development Course (₹75,000), and the 5-month Professional Certification in AI-Powered Data Analytics (₹65,000). All programs are delivered offline, full-time, using an experiential "learning by building" pedagogy: classroom instruction combined with capstone projects, real-world case studies, and internship opportunities.

History

1. 2017 Fireblaze AI School founded on 31 October 2017 in Nagpur by Aniruddha Abhay Kalbande, with the head office at Mate Square.
2. 2017–2020 Fireblaze AI School grew from a home office into a corporate office, training its first 5,000 students from Nagpur and across India.
3. 2020–2023 Through the COVID-19 period, the institute moved training online, extending its reach to students worldwide.
4. 2024 Fireblaze AI School becomes a NASSCOM partner for its PGP in Data Science & Analytics.
5. Today Three operating centers in Nagpur, Mate Square (Head Office), Nandanvan, and Sadar, serving students from engineering, commerce, science, and management backgrounds.

Founder

Aniruddha Abhay Kalbande founded Fireblaze AI School in 2017 with a conviction that has since become the institute's master narrative: "Talent exists everywhere. Opportunity should too." The school's focus on Nagpur, a Tier-2 city historically underserved by premium technology education, follows directly from that conviction.

He is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur, with 10 years of experience in IT consulting and training, more than 20,000 students trained and over 30,000 hours of training delivered globally. He has worked as a consultant with organizations including UpGrad, SRM Chennai, Great Learning, Uber, ICICI Bank (BKC, Mumbai) and Mama-wosh (Malaysia). His recognitions include the Thought Leader in AI award (Global AI Hub, Switzerland), the Innovation in Higher Education Award (Edu Tech Expo 2025, Hyderabad), Icons of Maharashtra (Sakal Media Group) and the Best Startup Award (Nagpur Startups 2019, Government of Maharashtra). Model and Pedagogy

The institute describes its approach as experiential learning: every module ends in a build (dashboards, models, or applications), and students complete capstone projects and internships before graduating. Career preparation, mock interviews, group discussions, communication training, and professional grooming, is integrated into the curriculum rather than appended at the end.
