At Fireblaze AI School, we are committed to providing quality education and clarity in our operations. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms mentioned below, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use policy.

General Guidelines

  • This policy applies to all payments made through official Fireblaze AI School channels (including offline, online, UPI, bank transfers, and financing partners).
  • All enrollments are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of reason, once the payment is made and batch is confirmed.
  • Registration/booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • In case a batch is canceled by Fireblaze due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., instructor unavailability or force majeure), students will be offered a batch reschedule only; no monetary refunds will be made.
  • Refunds, if exceptionally approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and governed by Indian law.

Refund Conditions – Instructor-Led (Classroom / Online)

No refunds will be granted once enrollment is confirmed.

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend any or all sessions.
  • Course purchased at a discounted price or under a promotional offer.
  • Enrollment in courses with NASSCOM Certification.
  • Course material (LMS access, recordings, PDFs) has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Courses purchased through loan/EMI financing partners (such as Bajaj Finance, Eduvanz, Akshar or others).

Any enrollment made via financing/loan agreements with our third-party financial partners is non-cancellable and non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the loan is disbursed, the learner is liable to continue EMI repayments to the financing partner as per their contractual terms, irrespective of course attendance or withdrawal.

Refund Conditions – Self-Paced / Recorded Programs

  • No refund is applicable for self-paced, pre-recorded, or hybrid courses once access has been granted.
  • If any misuse (e.g., content sharing, redistribution, or unauthorized access) is detected, course access will be permanently blocked without refund.

Batch Rescheduling / Deferral

  • Learners may reschedule or defer their batch once, before completing 20% of the course, by writing to finance@fireblazeaischool.in
  • The new batch must be scheduled within 6 months of the original start date.
  • A second rescheduling request will incur a 10% administrative fee + taxes.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and academic approval. Refunds are not applicable in case rescheduling is not possible.
